Retiring in Quezon Province, Philippines

For foreigners, particularly Americans and Europeans, Philippines is a great place to retire because of the local hospitality. Filipinos are generally happy and makes you feel at ease with their warm smile. People here understand the English Language and most folks can carry out a good conversation. This is also a predominantly Christian country just like America. And most of all, this is the place where foreigners will feel they are really welcome in the community they choose to live and Quezon Province is no exception.

Quezon Province particularly the Metro Lucena Area is a relatively inexpensive destination, where everything is near… malls, banks, beaches, biking trails, bars, tennis courts, good schools, resorts, church, hospitals, foreign affairs office etc.. Well priced real estate with gated subdivisions is here. Facilities like electricity, telephone lines, DSL, cell phone networks, cable tv, good water supply and transportation is not a problem.

The comfort of having a loyal live in maid that will do the cooking, the washing of clothes and errands is a dream come true and they are fairly cheap and really indispensable. A support group like your neighbors, maid, handyman, and driver is just there when you need it. And with a webcam to communicate with your relatives abroad, you’ll always be in touch.

If you are currently eligible to retire, or have the money to live a good life in a place unlike the smoggy city with people always moving fast or they would miss something… this is the place to go… to settle… to live comfortably without sacrificing your social life.

For a lot of people, this is paradise waiting for you… Quezon, your final stop!

Sample Subdivisions

  1. San Juan Estates by Avida
  2. Citta Grande by Calmar Land
  3. SunRidge by East Orient
  4. Ridgewood
