 When it’s time to make a trip to Lucena City in Quezon Province it’s hard to not pass by at SM City Lucena Shopping mall for some shopping, entertainment and dining. Even when you’re on your way to a resort or just in the city to enjoy Lucena, there’s always the itch to go inside and have a look at what’s in store or get something you’ve missed to bring.

So, does this hot weather nowadays wind you up and yet you don’t have enough budget to spend your leisure time at expensive resorts and hotels just to cool down? Have you got nothing to do and you want to hang-out with your friends and stroll? Well, this premiere shopping centre in Quezon Province located at Red-V, Lucena City is a fine place for a lot of things, where different activities can be had in just one roof like watching movies, playing arcade games, enjoying live performances at its event centre and more. With its spacious and well guarded parking lots bringing your car has never been more trouble-free.

If you’re not that familiar with this mall, let us wander its every corner and be acquainted with the different stores and stalls you might just want to hang-out for free entrance.

Be hungry and famished as you enter, with a choice of fast food chains and dining areas around, especially after you enter at its doorways; the main entrance where Chow King and Pizza Hut are alongside, the second one with Jollibee and Nid’s Binalot which offers native delights to the customer as they cook Filipino viands and specialties, and the last one where Mc Donald’s, the newly-renovated KFC  and Mang Inasal are located.  On the second level, you may also choose Greenwich, Auntie Kima, or Buddy’s Pizza for you to have a meal or if you want to you can try the foods at the SM food court for some affordable dishes or just use the tables for your laptop and wifi use. Fine Chinese-Filipino dining is served best at Silangang Nayon Restaurant also at the 3^rd level.

Bored and want to have some fun? Come and engage in recreations by playing arcade games at either Quantum, Worlds of Fun or at the newly-opened Wonder Park where different games are available not only for children but also for the whole family. If you are fond of entertainments, go along with someone and watch movies on its four movie houses or spend time attending some fashion shows, contests and celebrities’ mall tour at the entertainment plaza; SM event centre.

So, you are a techie-minded guy or a gizmo-collector? There are many stores who sell original PC, laptops, notebooks, digital cameras, PSPs and other gadgets at the third floor. Just look around and you can easily sight the stores where you can get what you want! Cd-R King vends the cheaper but only second-rate quality items. SM Lucena also has stores like Greentelcom, Viewers, Cellboy and Hyper Phone for the cell phone lovers. If you’re a bookworm or a pocketbook reader, then Book Sale and National Bookstore is the best place for you where you can find different kinds of books and even magazines.

For those who are dress-shopaholic, you can have more of them from first to third floor (like Get Loud, Jewels, Lhasa, Folded n’ Hung, Penshoppe, Bench, Genevieve Gozum) Even the different clothes wear, shoes, fashion accessories and bags of the style you want, you can find them there and are mostly available at the SM Department Store.

There is also a Supermarket at the ground floor of the mall. It’s big and clean. Groceries for your trips can be found here. Medicines are available at Watson’s Pharmacy. Hardware and camping stuffs are available at Ace Hardware in the 2^nd floor and appliances and home furnishings just beside it.

If you want to add and upload more pictures on your Facebook, Friendster or Multiply account to share your experience, drop by at any of the photo studios and internet shops to take snaps together with your buddies and/or relatives either at the Fujifilm, Guzman Studio, Mitsubishi or even Netopia and Tronix for a cheaper price.

There are still more good reasons for you to roam inside the mall. From small stalls to big ones, you can find almost anything you want. Treasure the fun and collect memories from this shopping precinct. This is a fairly inexpensive way to treat yourself and everybody, especially this coming Christmas Holiday.

good thing may free wi-fi na sa sm.. maganda rin pang-attract sa customers :-)
